Cleanroom Testing and Certification

Superior Testing Service can perform tests according to Federal Standard 209, ISO 14644, and IEST-RP-CC006.3 performance standard for cleanrooms. This practice provides a set of recognized, standardized test procedures for determining a cleanrooms performance.

Tests such as airflow, volume, velocity, HEPA filter leak, particle count, room pressure and integrity, are preformed to provide a more complete characterization of the room. Data gathered through testing can be used to establish baselines, determine current operational status, and justify repairs or modifications if required.
